With a background in business ownership, retail and food service management, and property management, Mariah brings years of leadership, operational expertise, and client-focused service to her role. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she owned and operated both a retail business and a property management and cleaning company — experience that gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to run an organization efficiently and with care. She continues to apply that expertise today, overseeing more than 50 rental units across the Brainerd Lakes Area alongside a dedicated maintenance crew.

Known for her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and genuinely positive approach, Mariah is committed to fostering a professional and welcoming environment where both clients and staff feel supported. She takes pride in the details and brings a steady, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her six children and fiancé, caring for her pets and plants, making art, and embracing the outdoors. Grounded in a love of life's simple moments, Mariah values family, growth, and meaningful connection. Her passion for helping others, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence, makes her an invaluable part of the team.
