About
Michelle Luginbill brings a thoughtful approach to her work and commitment to helping clients feel supported throughout the legal process. Having spent much of her earlier career in mental health and elder care, she has a deep understanding of how to meet people during difficult moments; listening carefully, showing patience, and treating every client with dignity and respect.

Raised in the area for much of her life, Michelle has strong local roots and a real connection to the communities Ed Shaw Law serves. Her educational journey reflects a steady dedication to her field: she earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice in 2015, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology in 2021 and an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies in 2024. In 2025, she became authorized to practice as a Legal Paraprofessional in Minnesota, and she completed her Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies in 2026. Together, her background in psychology and her legal training give her a well-rounded, people-first perspective that truly sets her apart.

Outside of the office, Michelle is a devoted mom to five kids and one dog. She loves reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. She has a soft spot for thunderstorms, houseplants, and the collection of rocks of all kinds.
